Hi, I’m Naddine
My name is Naddine Del Castillo, and I am an early childhood educator with a Level 2 certification. I graduated in July 2025 and was honored to receive the 2025 Minister’s Award of Excellence in Child Development (team category) with my previous employer.
I love running my dayhome because working with young children truly brings me joy. My preschoolers mean so much to me, and I care for them as if they were my own. I admire their curiosity and eagerness to learn, and I enjoy planning meaningful weekly activities that help prepare them for kindergarten. Watching their confidence grow each day makes this work very rewarding.

Philosophy
My dayhome philosophy is to create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where children feel secure, valued, and at home. I believe children learn best through play and everyday experiences that follow their interests. Learning in my dayhome is child-led and play-based, allowing children to explore, make choices, and grow at their own pace.
Building trusting relationships with children and families is at the heart of what I do, and I feel grateful to be part of each child’s early learning journey.
