Enrollment procedure:
Our Day Home Educators, as their own self-employed business owners, are encouraged and welcomed to interview and place children in their programs using their own advertising and interview methods, as ECC recognizes child care is not a one-size-fits-all situation and that families and educators have choices to pick the best fit for their family needs.
However parents still reach out to the office instead of looking online. When prospective parents contact the agency looking for child care, the coordinator will recommend programs according to the family’s needs, children’s age, development requirements, and location. Agency will share educator’s profiles with parents: Complaint history, age of own children and currents children age groups, pets, last inspection
Educators will then be connected with the families. During the interview process and enrollment, the Educator will provide parents with information of their Educator’s Profile, show parents all history with all complaints and solutions, the philosophy of the dayhome, back up care concerns, hours of service, educator’s vacation time.
When both the educator and family have decided to move forward to place the child in care, the educator will contact the agency to inform about their decision, and provide a timeline on when to expect enrollment information in the system.
The agency provides the registration form (LINK BELOW), parents enrollment form, parents hand book, and information about affordable grants during enrollment. This is on Procare, our secure site .

Once our team has received your registration, a receipt for your registration fee, and procare code with instructions on finishing the registration process will be sent to your email.
