I am a gentle and patient preschool teacher who loves children and respects each child’s unique growth rhythm. I am good at establishing a sense of security through listening and companionship, and through encouragement and guidance, I help children learn and grow in a happy and caring environment.
Philosophy:
My educational philosophy is to respect the laws of children’s development and to allow children to express their nature and grow up freely and happily in a safe, understanding environment. I focus on replacing restraint and preaching with companionship and guidance so that children can build self-confidence through play and exploration.
In my daily work, I focus on creating a clean, warm and secure learning and living environment for children, allowing them to explore and grow freely.
