2. Schedule a Meet and Greet

After we receive and review your application form, we will be in touch to get to know you some more. You will also have the opportunity to ask more questions and see if our agency is the right fit for you.

Everyone in the home (tenants, spouses, children, etc) must be met by our staff at least once before you sign your contract.

3. Plan a Safety Walkthrough

Plan a safety walkthrough of your home with one of our qualified consultants to make sure your environment is set up for success.

4.Complete Paperwork + Sign Contract

  • Photocopy of Driver license
  • Every resident over 18 years of age will require Criminal record check ,including vulnerable sector search. ( not earlier than 6 months of beginning to work at the agency)
  • 3 reference ( you’ll receive this form from us)
  • Photocopy of First Aid Certificate or Register for First Aid & infant CPR (up to Level B)
  • Doctor assessment Note ( you’ll receive this form from us)
  • Letter of approval from your landlord to operate a dayhome (if Renting)
  • Photocopy 2,000,000 liability vehicle insurance (if driving)
